LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

(LSP)

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) method is used to facilitate group workshops, with communication and problem resolution techniques
Participants have access to a large set of LEGO bricks specially selected by the method’s designers
Participants follow a progression led by a series of increasingly in-depth questions
With each question from the facilitator, each participant draws bricks and builds their own three-dimensional LEGO model
At certain stages, participants connect their individual models into systems
These 3D models are the basis for group discussions, knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and real-time decision-making.
